d. Valuation of property damages of natural causes
Preparation of expert reports on properties that have been damaged due to natural causes (fires, earthquakes, floods, etc.). Analysis, research, evaluation of immovable and movable property (equipment, goods etc.) after the incident and determination of cost for damage recovery.
e. Business valuations and determination of lost profits due to damages caused by third parties
Audits and business valuations that are necessary in case of merging with others or in case of repurchase of their shares. The most commonly used valuation methods are: i) based on market indicators ii) based on cash-flow forecasts and iii) based on assets.
Determination of profits expected from companies with a probability according to the usual course of events or special occasions and taken preparatory measures.
